Based on progressive carbide looping line technology, each work center runs a specific gauge of metal and can be set up to run different types of metal, widths of hinge, and hole patterns.

We maintain our progressive carbide die sets in-house and also build custom customer-specific tooling. Our fully equipped tool and die capability offers customers flexibility of design and cost-savings.

Our Valued Added Department cuts-to-length, punches holes, installs pem nuts, performs in-house degreasing, stamps and labels part numbers, and performs swaging and bending/forming operations.
